• -Incorrect color selected at checkout

• -Changes of mind

• -Ordering the wrong item

• -All sales are final

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your Still Jazzy purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide a clear photo showing the problem so we can review the issue and help make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, you may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Still Jazzy products are printed and fulfilled by our production partner. Each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, which is why we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect selections.
